Joslyn TenBrink is one of only 24 high school senior girls from Class A schools all over Michigan to be a finalist for the MHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award. The award is a celebration of athletes in Michigan who excel in academics and is based on leadership and service experiences, athletic acheivements, academic awards and a personal essay on sportsmanship.
Joslyn has a 4.04 GPA and will have earned eight Varsity letters before she graduates this year. She is an All Conference Honorable Mention in both soccer and basketball; 2nd Team All Area in basketball and All District Team in soccer. She is a Peer Educator and an Officer of the Jenison Chapter of the National Honor Society; coached and officiated youth basketball and served in her church youth group.
